We welcome back Jen Nebraska on Tuesday for her seated Yoga wellness program. Jen will guide all in the gentle spirit of Yoga. Join us in-person or virtually. Cafe treats and refreshments follow for in-person participants.

Sweet Arts Café

Program: Noon

Be with us for our lunchtime gathering each week on Wednesday. A great way to be together! Enjoy lunch and socialize prior to our program. Then at noon, Kyle MacMillan will be with us from Bridge Rehab for some standing and seated exercise for balance and strengthening. Important for older individuals to prevent falls and injury.

Celebrate the Arts

Experience the fun and energy of chair dance led by staff from Active For Life on Friday afternoon. Enjoy moving to a variety of pieces of music while dancing from the comfort of your chair, either in-person or virtually. Stay and enjoy refreshments after. A great way to start your weekend!
