Welcome back the “Team” from Baseball Memories: Ike Brooks, Gretchen Denaro and Joe Shaw! As they host today’s program about Winter ball in Florida and Arizona with upcoming Spring Training. Their interactive program is enjoyed by all regardless of baseball experience. Join in-person or virtually. And as always, we’ll have special baseball snacks!

A special program for the care partner with two options! One choice is to be engaged in a guided art practice led by a professional artist. Option two is the opportunity to enjoy playing some games at the Center! A great time for yourself and to have some fun and engage the mind and enjoy some refreshments. In-person only.

New Education & Support Program (TM)

New Name & Time for the 4th Tuesday of the Month Program! An Education and Support Program for individuals with mild cognitive impairment, Alzheimer’s disease or a related disorder to attend with their spouses, care partners, other family members and friends. Facilitators: Sally Ollerton, Cathy Collins, Kathy Kassimatis and Tracy Heberle.

Wandering Alert Form

The Westlake Police

Department introduces the Special Needs and Wandering Alert Form, a crucial initiative for community members with autism, dementia or other special needs. This form enables individuals or their families to provide essential information to our emergency services, including physical descriptions, contact details and specific needs. Stored securely, this information equips our police, fire, and EMS teams with vital insights, enhancing their response in emergencies or missing persons situations.
