& New Education & Support Program

Tuesday, September 24th

at 2pm

Be with us on Tuesday afternoon as we host several options. Sally Ollerton, CLFF Board Member facilitates a program in our conference room for individuals diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer’s. Kathy Kasstimatis & Tracy Heberle co-host a Support Program for Family Care Partners in our Music Studio. Our third option is a program guided by Jerry Devis with games and activities in our multi-purpose space. We will enjoy some favorite table top activities from our youth – Slinky, Silly Putty, Paddleball, Etch-A-Sketch and many more fun items. Please all stay for wonderful refreshments and an opportunity to socialize!

& Support Group Program

Join in Friday afternoon for an art activity. Today, Resident Artist Richard Skerl is back to lead the program and a special art experience. Be with us in-person or virtually. Stay for refreshments and an enjoyable time with others!

Richard Ramsey Memorial Service

A special Celebration of Life Service is scheduled for Richard Ramsey this Saturday, September 28th. The service will be at the Mills Creek Association North Clubhouse, 5175 Mills Creek Lane, North Ridgeville, Ohio, 44039 from 2:00pm to 4:30pm. Please let us know if you plan to attend so that we may pass that information on to Gayle. New Cleveland Heights Library Classes!

Any friends or family that might live on the east side? Check out our new fall sessions in Cleveland Heights! We partner with the Cleveland Heights – University Heights Libraries in hosting a monthly Memory Cafe. Our next session in October will be held at the newly renovated Noble Road Branch. The next session is Thursday, October 10th at 2pm. A special activity will be experienced in a cafe atmosphere in the beautiful library at 2800 Noble Road in Cleveland Heights. Pass the word!!

Abundance of Joy Tickets

New Photography Exhibit!

Exhibiting are two Foundation volunteer’s photography. Enjoy the nature photography of DeeAnn Rose and Rev. Dave Schantz. DeeAnn was a former staff member of the Foundation and each year’s Gala photographer. Rev. Dave is a regular Wednesday volunteer. Come and see the show Monday through Friday from 10 – 5pm! Their work is for sale and proceeds benefit the Foundation.

In the back, Scott Thompson and Jerry Devis. They all attended a “Senior Prom” hosted by the Cleveland Clinic, the South Euclid-Lyndhurst Regional Library and the Farrell Foundation last Wednesday! It was held at the South Euclid Community Services Center. There was an 18 piece orchestra, a photo op, and wonderful food catered by Karen King Catering from Lakewood.
