afternoon for several options. Our programs include the Support Group led by Sally Ollerton, Tracy Heberle and Kathy Kassimatis. This provides an opportunity to have small group conversations and support for the care partner and one for individuals affected by dementia/Alzheimer’s. In our multi-purpose room, enjoy a special program led by Storyteller Corinne Jalkanen. She will have some things to share from her “Easter Basket”. Refreshments follow and time to visit and socialize with others.

on the 4th Wednesday of the month. Sara Lawrence-Sucato from Dancing Wheels will host their Move 2 Connect program. She will have all moving to a variety of music pieces right from the comfort of your chair. Lunch is prior to the program at noon.

A great and healthy way to kick off spring! Join a group at the Westlake Community Park. Located between Hilliard Blvd.

& Center Ridge Road. Address:

Meet at the Gazebo near the lake and adjacent parking at 11am. Walk or move along the lake, in the park to your ability and comfort level. Meet back up at the Gazebo. Please bring snacks and a beverage. Time to socialize. Weather Permitting.

We will not meet if below 45 degrees or rain. Join us weekly at this time.

Mindfulness Through the Arts (TM)

A special program for the care partner with two options! One choice is to be engaged in a guided art practice led by a professional artist. Option two is the opportunity to enjoy playing some games at the Center! A great time for yourself and to have some fun and engage the mind and enjoy some refreshments. In-person only.
