Each session will be designed to meet individual needs and might involve drawing, painting, journal writing or creating poetry. Time to relax, have a conversation with others and network, all for your own well-being. Questions and

pre-registration: 440-414-0434.

Gentle Moments

A special sensory program to guide a small group or and individual couple through a meditative practice. Soothing words and soft music and to spend time together at the Center. Guided by a professional in meditation. Day of the week and time schedule personally arranged. Please contact us for further details about either program at 440-414-0434.
