Be with us for our first program of 2024 as we welcome Yoga Instructor Jen Nebraska! She will guide all in a series of yoga movements and stretches.

Sweet Arts Café (TM)

11am – Noon: Lunch

Noon – 1pm: Program

Spend lunchtime with us to enjoy others and the Center. Bring a brown bag lunch and we’ll offer a beverage and dessert. At noon, Kyle MacMillan from Bridge Rehab and Performance will be here to host a program related to balance and coordination. Standing or seated options. Be with us for the program in-person or virtually.

Celebrate the Arts (TM)

Friday, January 5th

at 2pm

Join staff from Active For Life on Friday. They will provide an opportunity to participate in a Chair Dance program. All will dance right from the comfort of their chair to a variety of music styles and genres. Guests may also join virtually. In-person participants stay for refreshments and time to socialize.

Mindfulness Through the Arts (TM)

Monday, January 8th

A special program for the care partner with two options! One choice is to be engaged in a guided art practice led by a professional artist. Option two is the opportunity to enjoy playing some games at the Center! A special time for yourself and to have some fun and engage the mind and enjoy some refreshments. In-person only.

New performances of Yes, And… is being offered on Sunday, February 18th at 2pm at Clague Playhouse! If you attended last year, please share with others and family members. If you could not attend, here is a new opportunity. Reservations required at

440-414-0434 or email with ticket request at info@farrellfoundation.com. Yes, And… written by Anne McEvoy, provides a series of methods to enhance communication within family situations through a series of three short live performances. Following the performance, there will be time for questions.

mixed media and collage art works. The exhibit will

remain at the Center through February 15th. Many artworks are for sale for your holiday shopping.
