November Benefit, “Friendsgiving”
Just 5 days to our “Friendsgiving” Fall Benefit. Have you made your reservations? Our afternoon and evening will offer you
an opportunity to view our new Carolyn’s Greenhouse Gallery and Garden from outside the Center for Artful Living. Then pick up your event dinner & dessert by Karen King Catering. Beginning at 5pm, join us virtually online for the evening’s entertainment and fun! Enjoy music by Chris Kilbane, Beckie Tweedle and Ruth Williams. There will be a special art sale to also support the work of the Foundation. Details of the work and ways to purchase will be shared. A Zoom email invitation to the evening portion of the benefit will come to you on Thursday, Nov. 19th. We greatly appreciate everyone’s interest and support!

Walk, Talk and Roll
Celebrate National Take A Hike Day! Wednesday, November 18th at 11am Come join us at Westlake Rec Center’s beautiful park and walk by the lake! There is also a gazebo to sit in and rest, visit, all while being socially distant. No walk if it is raining or the temperature is less than
45 degrees.
Creative Connections (TM)
Friday, November 20th at 2pm
Come enjoy an afternoon of music, song and fun activities lead by Maggie McAllister form M-TEC, Music Therapy Enrichment Center! Maggie will offer a variety of music styles, songs and instruments for all to enjoy and participate in.
Luanne Becker’s Art Show in Willoughby
Luanne Becker is in a new art show at Stella’s Art Gallery at 38033 Euclid Avenue in Willoughby (44094) which hosts a Second Saturday open house monthly. This past weekend, the
exhibit gallery opened a juried show, “Bricolage”. Luanne has three pieces that were accepted, including this one that is possibly her favorite artwork she’s yet created. It’s named in honor
of her grandchild, Lily: “Lily’s Fantastic Flying Machine”. It won third place in
it’s category of “Assemblage”!
