We welcome back Christine Smith! Christine will host a special new program for us Tuesday afternoon, Laughter Yoga. Come experience yoga in a different way to energize the body. Join us in-person or virtually. A separate email invitation for a Zoom link sent prior to the program. In-person guests are welcome to remain for healthy snacks and refreshments along with an opportunity to socialize.

Be with us for lunchtime! Bring your lunch, and we’ll offer a beverage and special dessert. Then Luise Easton will be here for her monthly special art activity. This month it’s related to St. Patrick’s Day. Join in-person or virtually. Email listing will include link and materials required.

Celebrate the Arts

Friday afternoon will be our monthly Support Group hosted by CLFF Board Member Sally Ollerton, held in our Music Studio.

During the session, we will host art making activities for the afternoon. Following the Support Group, all will reconvene for tasty snacks and refreshments. Virtual guests may join at 2pm for the art activity only.
