The Heartful Living Cafe
Tuesday, November 10th at 2 pm. A fun, fall afternoon with friends from the Farrell Foundation! Enjoy an afternoon of music and activities led by Music Therapist Maggie McAllister from
M-TEC, Music Therapy Enrichment Center. Maggie will guide all in song and other music activities related to our November Theme: Friendsgiving
Walk, Talk & Roll – Wednesday, November 11th at 11 am. Come join us at Westlake Rec Center’s beautiful park and walk by the lake! There is also a gazebo to sit in and rest, visit, all while being socially distant. No walk if it is raining or the temperature is less than 45 degrees.
Creative Connections – on Friday the 13th! at 2 pm. Come and enjoy a Friday afternoon program led by our Resident Artist Lee Ann Eyre. Time to be creative and explore different art styles and techniques using materials from your Creative Connections Art Kit. What a great way to spend the afternoon!
