Come join us virtually or in-person for a light chair exercise program on Wednesday morning at 11am. Join exercise specialist Jen Dahler as she leads all in some special exercises to music. Relax those muscles and add a smile! In-person guests stay for
a noon hour lunch together. Bring a brown bag lunch and we’ll offer a beverage and dessert. A Zoom link will be sent on Tuesday.
