The Center for Artful Living offers a variety of arts enrichment programs at it’s comfortable new facility in Westlake. Current programming includes a range of arts sessions for individuals with dementia and their care partners. Title: Heartful Living Café
Date: Tuesday, December 3rd
Time: 2 pm – 4 pm
Location: The Center for Artful Living, 26633 Detroit Road in Westlake.
 
Activity: Join us as we start to kick off the holiday season. Begin in our cafe with some refreshments. Then enjoy some holiday music with violinists Chris Kilbane and Margaret Betz as they perform some holiday classics! We will have time to sing along and get into the spirit of the season.

Date: Wed., Dec. 4th
Time: 11am to 1pm
Location: The Center for Artful Living, 26633 Detroit Road in Westlake.
Activity: Spend lunchtime with us! Bring a brown bag lunch and then we will offer a beverage and dessert. Enjoy creating some holiday ornaments in our art studio. Something special as a gift or for your own tree. Richard Skerl, our resident artist, will lead the activity.

Activity: Enjoy Friday afternoon at the Center. Come and create some holiday cards today! Stay and have some treats and time for socialization.
Current Exhibit:
“Fall Into Zentangle”
This exhibit features work by local Zentangle artists. The artists are students of Judy Montgomery of Lakewood, who is a Certified Zentangle Teacher.
Fifteen Zentangle artists are participating in the show.
The show will run through Dec. 3rd  at the Center from 9 am to 5 pm.
Friday, Dec. 6th 5:30 – 8:30 PM
Opening Reception for friend and participant of the Farrell Foundation, Luanne Becker, as she unveils her fresh & exciting new work! A mix of photography & mixed media assemblages. She will host the reception with refreshments for a wonderful evening. Please join us! A percentage of the sales of art work will benefit the Farrell Foundation programs.
