OTHER NEWS

Earth Day in April!

We extend our sympathy to Farrell Foundation Volunteer and Art Therapist Linda Nintcheff regarding the loss of her husband Peter, who passed away

last week. Each of us at the Foundation express our deepest sympathy to Linda and her family.

We have just heard the

sad news that participant Kay Weir had passed away in early March.

Our hearts go out to Kay’s family at this difficult time. We will post any information on services for Kay as we learn of them.

Here’s participants Jim and wife Sara sharing their colorful art pieces that they made in last Friday’s Celebrate the Arts session! The program was led by Resident Artist Lee Ann Eyre.

Participant Lynn (L) and volunteer Gretty (R) have fun working on the quilt design project to celebrate the opening of the quilt show!

Muffins with an artistic flair were baked for the quilt show opening by Resident Artist Lee Ann Eyre!

Gary Cole chats with volunteer Gretty at the opening of his wife Diane’s quilt show at the Center for Artful Living on Friday evening.

In Wednesday’s Sweet Arts Cafe, Sarah Beebe, Community Outreach Coordinator from Westlake Porter Public Library, did a wonderful presentation on all things (and people!) that come from Ohio!
