Heartful Living Café

Tuesday, October 17th

Be with us as we explore songs and music that related to the topic and spirit of our outdoor Sensory Garden. Enjoy a variety of songs that relate to flowers, herbs, vegetables and insects. Join us in-person or virtually.

In-person guests are welcome to remain for Cafe refreshments and a special time to socialize.

Come spend lunchtime with us and the opportunity to enjoy others and our special desserts and beverages. At noon, Pat & John Churavy will host an hour of ballroom dancing. They will guide all with their enthusiasm and talent to dance and move to a variety of dance songs. Wear a favorite fall color and enjoy the opportunity to move to some great dance songs!

Join our friends from MTEC, Music Therapy Enrichment Center, for their monthly music program. A variety of music, songs, and activities will be provided related to our month’s theme. Special healthy refreshments will be provided following the program. Join

Enjoy David’s vast variety of Abstract Expressionist works of art. Consider a fresh, new exciting work of art by David for your home, business or as a special gift! Show runs through November. Center Hours: M – F, 9 – 5

David has donated two pieces of art below for the

mission of the Foundation. We will be holding a raffle for the works. Click on the One-Time Donate button and specify which piece of art you would like or visit us

in-person to buy a ticket.
