Chair Yoga With Jen!

Join Jen Nebraska on Tuesday afternoon as she leads all in her Yoga session, right from the comfort of your chair. A healthy and fun method to exercise and stretch those muscles. Stay for some refreshments following her session. Join in-person or virtually.

Be with us at 11am to enjoy lunchtime with others. Bring a lunch and we’ll offer a beverage and a special dessert. At noon, Jerry Devis will guide all in an

art-filled activity related to our month’s theme. Be with us

in-person or virtually for the

art activity.

Thursday, October 3rd

at 11am

Come and join us at the Westlake Community Park for a walk and time to socialize. Be with us! Meet by the Gazebo at 11am. We’ll meet weather permitting. No walk if it’s raining or above 85 degrees. Bring water and a snack.

a pleasant, relaxing experience. Soothing words and soft music and to spend time together

Time for a little lively Chair Dance! Come enjoy staff from Active for Life and a program that will get all moving to a variety of songs, right from your chair! Move those fingers and toes to some great songs and lots of fun! Then stay for awhile to socialize and enjoy some special refreshments with a twist of October.

Monday, September 9th

Our Monday program continues. Join us!

A special program for the care partner with two options! One choice is to be engaged in a guided art practice led by a professional artist. Option two is the opportunity to enjoy playing some games at the Center! A great time for yourself and to have some fun and engage the mind and enjoy some refreshments. In-person only.
