Jen Nebraska leads all in her monthly Chair Yoga program. She’ll have everyone stretching and moving right from the comfort of your seat. Stay after for time to socialize and enjoy refreshments and snacks. Join in-person

Program: Noon

Enjoy lunchtime with others! Bring a lunch and we’ll offer a beverage and dessert. Then at noon, Resident Artist

Richard Skerl will guide all in an afternoon art activity. Time to be creative and share your effort with others! Join in virtually at noon.

A great and healthy way to exercise! Join a group at the Westlake Community Park. Located between Hilliard Blvd.

& Center Ridge Road. Address:

Meet at the Gazebo near the lake and adjacent parking at 11am. Walk or move along the lake, in the park to your ability and comfort level. Meet back up at the Gazebo. Please bring snacks and a beverage. Time to socialize. Weather Permitting.

We will not meet if below 45 degrees or above 85 degrees or if there’s rain. Join us weekly at this time.

attend a new special program.

We are offering a sensory session to guide a small group

or an individual couple through

a pleasant, relaxing experience. Soothing words and soft music and to spend time together

at the Center.

Friday, May 10th

at 2pm

On Friday afternoon, we host two opportunities at the Center. Our monthly Friday Support Group hosted by Foundation Board member Sally Ollerton and SHARE Coordinator Kathy Kassimatis will be held in our Music Studio. During that time Resident Artist Richard Skerl & Linda Nintcheff will host an art enrichment activity in our multi-purpose space. Our afternoon is enjoyed by many and we ask volunteers and staff, if physically able, to park in adjacent lots. Virtual guests may join for the art program at 2pm.

A special program for the care partner with two options! One choice is to be engaged in a guided art practice led by a professional artist. Option two is the opportunity to enjoy playing some games at the Center! A great time for yourself and to have some fun and engage the mind and enjoy some refreshments. In-person only.
